Motorists are advised to be cautious this weekend as Met Eireann extend their weather warnings.
The warning for snow and ice remains until 10am Saturday morning with icy driving conditions and accumulation of snow in areas expected.
A separate warning for high winds is also impacting the region until 6pm this evening.
The forecaster say to expect wind speeds of up to 65km/hr and gusts of up to 110km/hr with a chance for coastal flooding.
