Gardaí have launched an investigation following the discovery of a woman’s body in Ballinode, Co. Sligo.
The body of the woman believed to be in her late teens was discovered last night.
The woman’s body has since been removed from the scene and a post-mortem will take place in due course.
The results of the post-mortem which will determine the course of the investigation.
