Climate change protesters demonstrated in Sligo Town earlier this afternoon as part of the global day of action on the issue.
With the COP 26 summit ongoing in Glasgow, demonstrations have been taking place across the world, and in Ireland, urging action by Government’s to tackle the climate change crisis.
The Sligo demonstration was organised by the COP 26 coalition, a coalition of groups mobilising around climate justice.
This protester outlined why she had taken part.
