A long-finned pilot whale is stranded on Rossnowlagh beach in Co. Donegal.
Members of the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group are attending to the animal that appeared yesterday morning.
In a Tweet from the IWDG, green bile has been noted which is a sign of poor health.
Members of the team also noted the whale looks quite thin and hopes it passes away shortly.
