Mica problems dominate Donegal County Council meeting



Councillors in Donegal are demanding a 100 per cent government redress scheme for homeowners affected by defective mica blocks.

Thousands of homes throughout the county are believed to be impacted by the defective building materials.

There is a scheme in place which covers 90 per cent of rebuilding costs, but homeowners argue it is not enough.
