Rory Mahon and a group from ROM in Sligo are taking part in Remi’s 65 Roses Day Challenge on Friday 9th of April. It’s all in aid of Cystic Fibrosis, a charity very close to their hearts. Some of the challenge involves a 6.5km run, 6.5km cycle, 65 squats and lots more exercises! Rory spoke to Francie to tell him all about it.
