A number of areas in Donegal are without water this afternoon.
Repair works to a burst water mains are taking place today affecting customers in the Inver, Drumbeg and surrounding areas while separate repair works are affecting the supply in Killybegs, Dunkineely and surrounding areas.
Works are expected to be complete in both instances by 4pm this afternoon.
These works are part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme.
While mains repair works may also cause supply disruptions to Ballyeriston, Portnoo and surrounding areas in Co. Donegal today with works there due to be complete by 3pm this afternoon.
In all instances, Irish Water representatives say to allow up to 3 hours after works have finished for the water supply to return to normal.
