No appetite for holiday travel despite heavy advertising of flights, says Sligo agent

A Sligo travel agent believes any travel to holiday destinations later this year will require passengers to have proof of having received a Covid vaccine.

John Mullaney, of Mullaney Travel in Sligo, says there is little appetite yet amongst Irish holidaymakers to book flights or trips abroad — despite a significant rise in flights being advertised by airlines.

There are still no guarantees that customers will be offered cash refunds if they decide NOT to proceed with their holiday.
