More than 4,500 homes and businesses across the country are without power this morning as a result of winds associated with Storm Bella.
Locally there are 39 ESB Customers without power in Collooney due to a fault
The worst affected areas are in Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Galway and Mayo.
ESB Networks hope to have restored power to most areas but this afternoon.
A status yellow wind warning has been issued for counties Sligo, Donegal Cork, Galway, Mayo, Clare and Kerry until 2pm.
