There were 938 new cases of Covid-19 reported in the Republic of Ireland yesterday.
A further 68 cases were confirmed in Donegal, There were 9 new cases in Sligo and less than 5 cases reported in Leitrim.
When it comes to the number of people from the North West that are receiving hospital treatment for Covid-19, there are 31 people being treated in Letterkenny University Hospital, one of those patients is in ICU. There are 3 people being treated at Sligo University with no patients currently in ICU.
Nationally there are 251 people in Hospitals across the Country with 25 of those in ICU units.
