Sligo Leitrim TD, Martin Kenny has welcomed government support for his party’s legislation on the issue.
The bill was proposed by Sligo Leitrim TD Martin Kenny
Deputy Kenny says that if the motion is successful it will prevent banks from hiring unregulated and unaccountable private security firms to enforce court orders.
