27 additional cases of Covid-19 reported in the north west



The Health Protection Surveillance Centre have confirmed in their latest figures 3 additional Covid-19 deaths and 1283 new cases.

 

14 of yesterday’s cases were in Donegal, 8 in Sligo and 5 in Leitrim.

 

Ministers are examining social bubbles that would allow people to visit close family, provide care, or check in with lonely and vulnerable people.

 

It’s likely pubs and restaurants will move to takeaway only with further travel restrictions also being considered, while schools are expected to stay open.
