Gardaí are investigating a burglary of a premises in Carrick on Shannon.
The incident occurred on the Boyle Road at around 2.15am this morning.
Gardaí say nothing has been reported stolen but some damage was caused to the property during the break-in.
No arrests have been made at this time and investigations are ongoing.
