The recently appointed Sinn Féin spokesperson for Fisheries and the Marine says the alleged incident involving a Donegal fishing trawler and a British Navy vessel at Tory off the coast off Donegal is a serious situation that must be dealt with immediately by the Department of Foreign Affairs .
Donegal Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn was appointed the Party Spokesperson for Fisheries and the Marine last week.
The Donegal TD says that if such situations involving submarines and fishing vessels are allowed to continue, they could put the lives of fishermen at risk.
