A Drumshanbo based councillor has expressed concerns over the damage that a recent oil spill at Acres Lake will have on marine life and the tourism potential of the town.
The concerns have been raised by local Fine Gael Councillor, Enda McGloin.
Cllr McGloin says the popular tourist location attracts large numbers every summer, with it being part of the local Blueway.
