The death toll from Covid-19 in the Republic remains at 1,764 after no new deaths were reported yesterday.
12 new cases of the virus were confirmed, bringing the total number of infections since the outbreak began to 25,881.
In County Sligo, 15 days have now passed without a new case of the virus. It’s been eight days since a case was confirmed in Leitrim and a week in Donegal.
