Donegal club championship draw sets up Kilcar-St Eunan’s clash

The draws for the 2020 Donegal Michael Murphy football and hurling club championships were made on Monday evening.

The new-look senior football championship saw the 16 teams divided into two groups of eight:

Holders Naomh Conaill, who are in Group 1 along with Kilcar, St Naul’s and Bundoran, will begin their defence against Milford.

For John McNulty’s Kilcar, it’s a home game against Termon to begin with, before a mouth-watering clash in Letterkenny in their second game.

The group stages will begin on the August bank holiday weekend.

The fixtures for rounds three and four of the group stages will be made in the coming weeks.

After four rounds of games, all 16 teams will be grouped into a single league table to determine the eight teams that will qualify for the county quarter-finals.
