Local area living with uncertainty over Brexit



Many areas of the North West and border regions are living with huge uncertainty in relation to what the future holds post Brexit.

 

Those are the views of the Border Communities Against Brexit group which have expressed fresh concerns over how the British Government will live up to its agreement on the Irish Protocol.

 

Co-ordinator of the Border Communities Against Brexit Group, Damian McGenity has urged national and European politicians to ensure the issue of Brexit stays front and centre of the agenda despite the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic.

 

He says there is huge uncertainly around Brexit four years on from the decision of the UK electorate to leave the European Union……
