Donegal Co Council holds first meeting since Covid outbreak

Donegal County Council held its first meeting since the Covid outbreak on Monday morning.

Social distancing restrictions meant just 11 council members were allowed to attend the meeting in person, which was held at County House in Lifford.

Other Councillors joined the meeting online.

The meeting, which had shortened agenda, last just 30 minutes and dealt chiefly with confirmation of dates for upcoming Council meetings.

The Council’s AGM is scheduled to take place in the Áras in Letterkenny on Wednesday, June 17th.
