A proposal to have calories shown on menues across the hospitality sector has been described as ‘ludicrous’.
That’s according to Anthony Gray, north west representative of The Restaurant Association of Ireland.
Speaking to OceanFM News, he says the solution lies in educating the youth such as making home economics a compulsory subject.
