Northern Irish gang believed to be responsible for burglaries in Sligo, Leitrim and Roscommon



Gardai say a travelling gang possibility from Northern Ireland were involved in a number of burglaries throughout the counties of Sligo Leitrim and Roscommon in the lead up to Christmas.

It’s believed the gang targeted a number of homes in Drumkeerin, Drumshanbo, Geevagh, Ballyfarnon, Ballisodare, Ballincarrow, Tullyhill and Rathcormack.

The gang are believed to have been targeting Cash and Jewelry.

Speaking on North West Today, Sergeant Jim Fox from Sligo Garda Station says that a white Audi was reported at a number of locations where burglaries were reported
