A climate change protest will take place outside Sligo’s Town Hall this evening, in protest at the lack of Government action on the issue.
The protest has been organised by the Fridays for Future Sligo Group and take place between 4.30pm and 6pm.
Spokesperson, Angus Carter, says there is dismay at the inaction of the world’s leaders at last week’s UN conference on climate change, and that such protests will continue.
