A new cross-community hub is expected to be completed in Manorhamilton next summer.
It will be in the Sexton’s House, beside the Church of Ireland in the town.
Work on refurbishing and extending the house is expected to start very soon.
It will provide a kitchen/common room, a multi-purpose hall, store room and reception area.
The Church of Ireland Vestry in Manorhamilton agreed to sign over the building to a steering group for 25 years for use a community shared space.
