Two men are due to appear before Tubbercurry District Court in County Sligo this morning arising from burglaries in the south Donegal area.
Recently, a number of houses have been burgled in south Donegal.
Among them were holiday homes in the Rossnowlagh area.
It’s believed up to nine burglaries occurred.
Last night, gardai searched a house in Ballyshannon and recovered some of the property believed to have been taken in the burglaries.
Arising from the gardai’s investigation, two men are due to appear before Tubbercurry court this morning
It’s understood they are charged with burglary and with handling stolen property.
Meanwhile, gardai are asking anyone with information about burglaries in the south Donegal area to come forward.
They are specifically eager to hear from anyone who had a holiday home that was broken into.
