Sligo/Leitrim TD and Fianna Fail spokesman on Transport and Tourism Marc MacSharry says it’s vital that businesses, particularly exporters and importers, are not impeded by anything in the Brexit deal agreed yesterday between Britain and the EU.
Deputy Marc MacSharry says no one in Ireland wants Brexit but a deal is better than no deal.
However, he says it still remains to be seen if the EU/UK deal will be accepted by a majority of MPs in the House of Commons tomorrow, Saturday.
