A new initiative by IT Sligo is inviting secondary school students to explore careers and experience life on a college campus.
‘Discover Your Options’ hopes to gather hundreds of students and parents to learn what the IT has to offer on its Open Day which starts tomorrow, Thursday, at 10am.
People will get information packs, the opportunity to speak one-on-one with lectures, interactive workshops and guidance on grants, fees and scholarships.
Rosie Gilleece, who is the Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager at IT Sligo, says this is a chance to update teachers, students and guidance councillors on what the IT has to offer:
