MPs will take their seats in the Commons later after judges ruled Boris Johnson’s suspension of Parliament was unlawful.
The British Prime Minister has since spoken to the Queen – but it’s not clear if he apologised to her.
Mr. Johnson disagrees with the judegement – and is facing calls to resign.
Representatives from the Border Communities Against Brexit have also critizied the Prime Minister’s actions – describing it as an attempt by the Prime Minister to silence Parliament ahead of Brexit.
