Border brexit group claim Johnson attempted to ‘Silence Parliament’

MPs will take their seats in the Commons later after judges ruled Boris Johnson’s suspension of Parliament was unlawful.

 

The British Prime Minister has since spoken to the Queen – but it’s not clear if he apologised to her.

 

Mr. Johnson disagrees with the judegement – and is facing calls to resign.

 

Representatives from the Border Communities Against Brexit have also critizied the Prime Minister’s actions – describing it as an attempt by the Prime Minister to silence Parliament ahead of Brexit.

 

Speaking to Ocean FM News, Damien McGenity from Border Communities Against Brexit says it was an attempt by the Prime Minister to silence Parliament.
