Today is a special day for The Rock Day Care and Social Centre in Ballymote in South Sligo.
The centre, which caters for those who require support, including elderly people, is celebrating its first anniversary.
Manager Aileen Flaherty has been telling Ocean FM about the centre, the work it does, and it’s Open Day today.
She’s urging people to join them and help promote mental health awareness and wellbeing.
