A Donegal woman has been named as an ambassador for Vitality 2019, a festival taking place in September this year at the RDS in Dublin.
Vitality is where people interested in health, well being and fitness can go to different talks, cooking demonstrations and classes over the two-day event which takes place from Saturday the 28th and Sunday, 19th of September.
Busy schedules can lead to some people falling into bad habits when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle.
Angela McGlanaghey, of Simple Simons health food store in Donegal Town, has been named as a Vitality 2019 Ambassador.
