Legendary comedian Brendan Grace has died



Legendary comedian Brendan Grace has died.

The 68-year-old had been battling lung cancer.

He had been due to attend a show at the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone on August 9th.

The Dublin born comic starred in the Irish film Moondance in 1995, and a year later he played the jungle music loving priest Fintan Stack in Father Ted.

But he was probably best known for his schoolboy character Bottler:
