Irish and Scottish governments hold talks over Rockall island



Talks between the Irish and Scottish governments about fishing near Rockall island off the coast of Donegal will escalate this week.

The dispute was discussed at cabinet meetings in both countries today.

Tensions have been escalated in the past week over ownership of the rock and the fishing ground around it.
