Sligo Credit Union has been granted planning permission to carry out work on what will be its new offices in Sligo at the former Clarence Hotel on Wine Street.
The permission allows for change of use of the building from a bar, restaurant, hotel and nightclub to a financial institution.
The work to be done is mainly inside the building as well as landscaping outside.
