Water mains in Ballyshannon to be upgraded

Work on replacing water mains in Ballyshannon is to start at the end of this month.

More than four kilometres of problematic water mains on the R-231 at Corker will be replaced.

It’s all part of Irish Water’s investment of €12m across County Donegal to replace and fix 40 kilometres of old water mains.

The work at Corker in Ballyshannon will be carried out by ShareRidge Ltd on behalf of Irish Water.
