McGuinness says Brexit extension may have to be longer than British would like

A Midlands/North West MEP says if Britain is to get an extension to Brexit, the House of Commons will have to come up with a plan that satisfies the EU.

Today, the British Prime Minister will hold last-minute talks with the German and French leaders over Brexit – three days before the UK is due to leave the EU.

Theresa May is hoping to get an extension at an emergency European summit on Wednesday.
