Recent data published by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) has revealed that Ireland is the most carbon-intensive beef producer in Europe.
In another blow to the agri sector, the same report also claims that Ireland is ranked third on Europe’s emissions from the dairy sector.
