The N16 Sligo to Manorhamilton road at Diffreen will be blocked in both directions this afternoon from 2:15pm for a short time.
The closure is to allow the removal of an articulated lorry.
Gardai are advising motorists to avoid the area.

11am: Two roads in north Leitrim on which traffic was obstructed earlier this morning are now open again.
One carriageway had been blocked on part of the Sligo/Manorhamilton road at Diffreen, after a truck struck a branch at the side of the road.
Meanwhile, there’s been a two-vehicle accident on the Rossinver to Kinlough road.
A ‘Road Closed’ sign had been erected at the scene, which was attended by an ambulance.
Gardai say the road is now open again.
