The second night of the Rose of Tralee finals will be broadcast tonight.
Last night, the Leitrim Rose, Imelda Scally, was among those interviewed by host Daithi O Shea.
She works for the Landmark Hotel in Carrick on Shannon as wedding sales manager.
And while neither the Sligo or Donegal roses got through to the finals, there was still plenty of local interest, particularly in Donegal.
Jolene McLaughlin from Muff represented New Zealand, and Alana Gallagher from Ballybofey represented Yorkshire.
Rose Laura Cannon from Letterkenny, representing Perth, will be one of the 14 roses interviewed tonight.
Meanwhile, the Florida Rose, Victoria Sexton, took part in last year’s 50th anniversary Mary from Dungloe Festival.
