Donegal Town marching band wins fourth All-Ireland



A marching band from Donegal has won its fourth All-Ireland title.

The Donegal Town Community Band emerged tops in its category at the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil in Drogheda yesterday.

The band has about 55 members, aged 8 to 18, playing a variety of instruments, including drums, accordions, flutes, glockenspiels and tin whistles.

Mayor of Donegal Town Padraig Kennedy is chairman of the community band.

He says the latest win is part of a long list of proud achievements:
