A Sligo councillor is highlighting the fact that rubbish continues to be an issue in the county.
People Before Profit Councillor Gino O’Boyle says that rubbish accumulation is getting worse over the years.
He says that especially with the good weather, there are more people around and is their responsibility to pick up their rubbish.
Cllr. O’Boyle says that waste collectors prices are also increasing which isn’t helping matters.
