Council seeks more information on access to proposed Care Centre in Grange



Sligo County Council is seeking further information from the HSE before it makes a decision on a planning application for a new primary care centre in Grange in North Sligo.

A decision had been expected today.

The centre is to include GP services as well as those of a nurse, occupational therapist and physiotherapist.Facilities will include a family therapy room, baby and parent room and ambulance outreach base.

There is to be parking for about 50 vehicles.

The new centre would be located close to Grange Pharmacy, on the Sligo side of the village.

Ocean FM News understands the further information now being sought is in relation to access to and from the site.
