A woman in her 70s died over the weekend following an incident at a well in Gurteen in south Sligo.
Gardai and the Fire Services were called to the scene of a sudden death at Spring Well at Knocknaskeagh in Gurteen at around 11am on Saturday morning.
The woman was taken to Sligo General Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
