This week in the Irish Farmers Journal you will find expert analysis of Agriculture Phil Hogan’s CAP proposals as outlined on Thursday.
The proposals set out nine objectives for the Common Agricultural Policy post Brexit amid a smaller budget.
They will now have to be agreed by the Council of Ministers which includes Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed.
Two of the much-talked about aspects include the proposal to frontload payments and the capping of payments.
