The Leitrim Glens Cycle Sportive takes place on Sunday 19th August starting in North Leitrim. There are 4 cycles this year. 40km, 100km, 150km and 200km. Last Wednesday, the launch of the cycle took place in the grounds of Manorhamilton Castle. Francie Boylan went along to chat with some of the organisers as well as Chairman of Leitrim Tourism Recreational Forum, Padraig White, who was there to officially launch it.
