Martin: Government could have done more to mark anniversary of women’s vote



The Fianna Fail leader says the government should have done more to mark the centenery of the parliamentary vote for women in Ireland.

The Voices of Women Exhibition was opened at Lissadell House in Sligo yesterday.

The exhibition, which marks the centenary of women being given the right to vote, was opened by Michael Martin.
