Agriculture Minister responds to criticism over handling of fodder crisis



The Agriculture Minister’s been accused of being poorly prepared for the fodder crisis affecting farmers.

Michael Creed’s been appearing before the Oireachtas Agriculture Committee this afternoon to brief politicians on his response to the issue.

However, opposition TDs told the Minister he should have acted sooner to import animal feed – following months of wet weather.
