IT Sligo is one step closer to gaining Technological University Status.
It’s after the Technological Universities Bill was passed in the Seanad and Dail in the last week.
This now paves the way for the Connacht-Ulster Alliance to progress towards the next stage of the application for designation as a Technological University for the West/North West.
