People have just over a week to ensure their Local Improvement Scheme applications are submitted.
Extra funding was announced by the Department of Rural & Community Development for 2018 last week.
Donegal County Council says it’s required to submit a proposed list of LIS applications to the Department by the 28th March, 2018.
So it’s accepting new LIS applications until close of business on the 13th March.
Applications already submitted last August have been retained for consideration for 2018 funding and don’t need to be resubmitted, according to Donegal County Council.
