Ballisodare and Carbury learn their opponents for Connacht Cup 4th round



The draw for the fourth round of the Connacht Junior Cup has been made.

Ballisodare United have been drawn at home to Galway side West United, while Carbury have home advantage for their tie against Galway’s Corrib Rangers.

Elsewhere, Boyle Celtic will be at home to St Bernard’s of Galway, and Castlebar Celtic will take on MacDara, also of Galway.

Those games are due to take place on Sunday week.

In the Connacht Shield quarter-finals, Real Tubber will play Galway’s West Coast United on Sunday, March 4.

Where a ground is deemed unplayable the home team can if possible provide another approved venue otherwise the game must revert to the opponent’s ground. Where both grounds are unplayable the two teams concerned can agree fixture for approved Astro if available, and split the costs 50/50.
