MPs to see first hand what impact Brexit could have



Politicians from right across the UK will have an opportunity to see and understand the border better when they come to a major conference in Sligo in March.

MPs and MLAs as well as Oireachtas members will attend the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly which is hosting its three-day conference in the Sligo Park Hotel.

Vice Chair of the Assembly Senator Frank Feighan from Boyle says experienced including retired politicians from the republic, the North, Scotland, Wales and England will attend.

He says members will take a trip to the border to see first hand the impact Brexit could have if any changes are made:
