Churches throughout the region are coming together for a week of prayer for christian unity.
It will be marked in Sligo by a special ecumenical service in Sligo cathedral this evening at 8 o’clock.
Parish Priest of St Anne’s in Sligo, Fr Pat Lombard, has been telling Ocean FM why it’s taking place today:
